By using Watchbot services, you agree to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Watchbot's metered micro-products and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
What Watchbot provides
Watchbot provides metered micro-products for web monitoring including URL Watch, Grant & Tender Radar, Whale Watch, Lead Radar, Price Radar, and Fetch402. These services are provided on a pay-per-use basis where you only pay for successful deliveries.
All Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
How billing works
Users must maintain a sufficient credit balance in their Watchbot key to use the Services. Credits are denominated in USDC/USDT/ETH and are consumed only upon successful delivery of a service (check, alert, lead, etc.).
Credits never expire and there are no monthly fees or hidden charges. Refunds are not provided for unused credits, but credits remain available indefinitely for future use.
Your obligations when using Watchbot
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Watchbot key and for all activities that occur under your key. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You shall not: (a) use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Watchbot's systems; or (d) use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or overburden Watchbot's servers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WATCHBOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Our liability is limited
IN NO EVENT SHALL WATCHBOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE ACTIONS OF WATCHBOT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
WATCHBOT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF CREDITS YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM WATCHBOT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We may update these terms
Watchbot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
